1. Biomedical Waste Management conducted by Dr. B.L. Joshi, centre for Occupational & Environmental Health, New Delhi.
2. Holistic Approach to Communication & Diagnosis skills conducted by Department of Oral Pathology & Community Dentistry, MAIDS.

COMMUNITY PROGRAMS

All community related work at the following places by Department of Community Dentistry.

1. Paryas : Observation home for boys. (Delhi Gate)
   
2. Barwala : Primary Health Center located under C.D. Block, Alipur in Northern Delhi about 30 km from MAIDS. To provide primary health care services to the rural community.
   
3. Urban Health Center, Nangla Macchi.
   
4. Arya Orphanage, Pataudi House. (Derya Ganj, New Delhi)

The BDS students undertake community work along with faculty and staff of Department of Community Dentistry as a part of the training.
