Dr. Mahesh Verma has done BDS, MDS from Govt. Dental College, Trivandrum, Kerala. He is specialised in Prosthodontics. At present he is principal for Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, the only Dental institution imparting BDS training under Delhi University. In addition to this capacity, Dr. Verma is Head of the Deptt. of Prosthodontics, a specialty dealing with Dental Rehabilitation such as Complete Dentures, Partial Dentures, Crown and Bridge, Maxillofacial Prosthodontics, Implantology and Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Verma also has a distinction of MBA in Hospital Administration from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University. Dr.Verma has been a W.H.O Fellow and had completed the training in Advanced Prosthodontics at the State University of New York at Buffalo (USA) in April 2000.

Dr. Verma is a Fellow of the American College Of Dentists (FACD), Fellow of the International College of Dentists (FICD), Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy (FPFA), Member of National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS).

Currently, he is the Executive Member, Dental Council of India, Executive Officer (Secretary) Indian Dental Association, Delhi State Branch. Earlier he has been Past Secretary and Past President of Indian Prosthodontics Society. He has also been “Organising Secretary,” of World Congress on Prosthodontics held in Delhi in 1995 and also was “Organising Secretary” of mega Commonwealth Dental Association and Indian Dental Association conference held in Delhi in January 2000.
